ASRY (Agent Strategic Reserve Yield) is a discretionary BTC-backed treasury token with variable distributions. It is not a stablecoin, not a bond, and not a yield guarantee. Price discovery is on a treasury-owned ASRY/USDC pool; the treasury controls and operates the pool.

Yield: Non-staking — eligibility is holding ASRY per snapshot rules. Distributions are variable and health-gated. Receiving (USDC/USDT) and sending (payouts) are the critical path; on-chain programs follow once rails are reliable.
